A CITIZEN'S DIVIDEND FOR EVERYONE WHO VOTED IN THE 2026 GENERAL ELECTION

  • Establish a Citizen’s Dividend

  • We anticipate cash payments of $25,000 or more 

  • We will use our financial expertise to bring in funds that would otherwise not have been realized and pay them out to all who voted in the 2026 general election

TRANSPORTATION INITIATIVES

  • Pave roadways with durable concrete - NO MORE POTHOLES!

  • Establish traffic circles at appropriate intersections-CONTINUOUS FLOW OF TRAFFIC WITHOUT  ELECTRIC LIGHTS 

  • Import low cost electric vehicles with low cost financing--CHEAPER THAN GAS EVEN AT WAPA RATES, AND REDUCES WAPA'S LOSSES!

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

  • Establish nonstop flights from St. Croix to New York City and Boston

  • Attract new industries using the mirror tax code

  • Use the mirror tax code to attract professional conferences for USVI hotels

  • Use the mirror tax code to attract professional sports teams for training camps 

  • Use the mirror tax code to attract leading medical institutions, such as Cleveland Clinic, with their high quality healthcare services and medical tourism.

  • Repurpose the refinery and port facility on St. Croix into a clean light industrial park

EDUCATION AND YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

  • Ensure all children can read at grade level

  • Ensure all children perform at grade level in mathematics

  • Expand after school programs

  • Expand youth recreational facilities

  • Transition the University of the Virgin Islands to Frederiksted

GOVERNANCE AND REFORM

  • Simplify the amendment process for the Organic Act

  • Secure the right to vote for President via absentee ballot

  • Prohibit entities receiving tax benefits or subsidies from making political contributions

  • Enact campaign finance reform

  • Implement tort reform
